That Montesquieu died years ago for democracy in Spain is not surprising anyone anymore. That the executive has overtaken the other powers, either, but that this order-abnormal- of things, is presented with such remarkable little shame and covered and a halo of consensus and agreement is in addition to the above, perverse and vivid example of manipulation. I've never understood how a politician can elect judges so that they in turn control their companions, who are responsible for monitoring, among others, political activity. That is in itself, what happens with the LOPJ 1985. How are elected by the CGPJ? In the most consistent and adjusted to the Constitution, ie they were the judges who elect their representatives on the self-government of justice. Who says
